Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: From feasibility to execution, you’ll drive capital investment projects across warehouse automation, infrastructure upgrades, and potential site expansions.
- Automation & Technology Deployment: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge solutions – from robotics and conveyors to ASRS and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Warehouse Expansion & Optimisation: Lead large-scale physical upgrades and site developments, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Procurement, Ops, HR) to ensure every project delivers on strategic goals.
- Change & Risk Management: Champion change initiatives and mitigate disruption during transformation programs.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
About you:
- Proven track record in leading large, complex projects in warehouses or fulfilment environments.
- Strong background in automation technologies, engineering systems, and capital investment projects.
- Confident managing relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors/contractors.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and influencing at a senior level.
- Data-driven mindset with a good eye for process improvement and ROI.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
