As a constantly growing company, we continue to expand into global markets and are looking for a strong team addition – a Strategic Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for researching requirements for enterprise customers and tenders, managing projects, and ensuring the development of required functionality in collaboration with Product Owners and other product team members. You will oversee project timelines, plan costs and budgets, and assess the value of requested features to determine their broader applicability.

Your Responsibilities:- Research and analyze enterprise customer and tender requirements to align with company goals
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Work closely with Product Owners and product teams to define and develop necessary functionality
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Evaluate the business value of requested features and assess their applicability to other customers
- Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technological advancements
- Collaborate effectively with teams across the company, including design, marketing, sales, and customer support
- Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- A higher education degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills (both are working languages)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in budget planning and cost estimation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-organization, an analytical mindset, and a results-driven personality
- Experience working with SaaS or B2B products
- Experience in optimizing enterprise-level customer workflows and processes
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Salary starting from 2300 to 3000 EUR before taxes (compensation depends on knowledge and experience)
