Position Overview:
As a Japanese-speaking strategic Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and executing strategic projects that align with our business objectives in Japan. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery while enhancing our product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with Edenred Paytech’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables tailored to the Japanese market.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform project decisions and identify growth opportunities in Japan.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
