Define and implement a global digitalization strategy for project engineering based on historical data
Translate business and technical requirements into platform features and scalable workflows
Lead the full project lifecycle—from concept development to global rollout
Drive the development of a digital platform integrated with SAP, CRM, PLM (incl. PDM), and CAD/CAM systems
Ensure seamless data flows and synchronization between engineering systems and the digital platform
Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Digitalization, or a related field
Proven track record in digital transformation, project engineering, and cross-functional leadership
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial applications, and digital platforms
Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM, CAD/CAM, and BOM governance across systems
