Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of software implementation, from requirements intake to deployment and adoption.
  • Define and drive program goals, KPIs, and success criteria tied to agency mission outcomes.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and ensure the program delivers measurable value.
  • Partner directly with federal customers to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agency’s mission and use that insight to guide solution roadmaps.
  • Influence client decision-makers and advocate for product adoption/expansion.
  • Orchestrate delivery across engineering, product, data science, and security stakeholders.
  • Support contract actions, proposals, and other program sustainment and growth efforts as needed.
  • Build enduring relationships that drive renewals, expansions, and follow-on work.
  • Deliver clear, compelling updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

  • Prior experience at a high-growth software company
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software programs in the federal sector.
  • Track record of delivering mission-critical solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement and delivery frameworks (OTA, BAA, SBIR, etc.).
  • Ability to translate between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with delivering data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or SaaS at federal scale.
  • Background working with DHS, DoD, or large civilian agencies.
  • Ability to maintain a government security clearance.  Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance, a plus.
