The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead our Workforce Analytics product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, an extensive experience in product ownership, data analytics, and a deep understanding of workforce management solutions. This role involves driving the product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics solutions that empower organizations to optimize their workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead for AI to Refine and Update AI Product Vision & Strategy aligned with business goals. [Own the Strategic AI Roadmap]
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across product portfolio that delivers significant competitive advantage.
- Translate AI capabilities into customer value & differentiated features.
- Actively build reference customers and testimonials for all AI Product Innovations.
- Actively participate in all Marketing events to position AI driven Product Innovations and Strategy.
- Actively drive smart pricing options for AI Innovations together with PMM reflecting industry best practices.
- Set success metrics for AI adoption, business impact, performance, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of AI trends & regulations to guide AI Product Roadmap.
- Work closely with the Legal department to ensure compliance to EU AI Act + other relevant regulations.
- Actively participate in Sales Enablement for AI Product Innovations.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management with a focus on analytics, and ideally workforce management.
- Strong understanding of data analytics including the visualization and security standards & compliance aspects, ideally AI exposure.
- Proven track record in managing and launching analytics products; ability to align product strategy with business goals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
