  • OTIS is a leading international company specializing in the service and installation of elevators and escalators. We are also the world’s largest manufacturer of elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and other vertical transportation systems.
We provide service and installation for a wide range of clients — from corporations and public institutions to housing cooperatives and private residential buildings — across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We are now looking for a skilled and proactive Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for modernization (MOD) solutions for escalators. • Actively support problem‑solving activities in the workplace and use tools to drive improvements.

    • Continuously develop your professional knowledge, participate in training activities, and expand expertise in line with the expectations of the role.

    What We Expect
    • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related technical/commercial field.

    • Ability to read and understand technical documentation (experience with elevator/escalator systems is an advantage, not a requirement).

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with suppliers.

    • Proactive and independent approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong internal relationships.

    • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
