As a Strategic Process & Transformation Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving change and innovation, helping us stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving banking landscape. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and implement new processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate and collaborate with others will be crucial in driving change and adoption.
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and adoption
- Understand potential benefits & costs of implementing change while developing business cases to influence stakeholder buy-in
- Facilitate projects to drive business revenue and improve efficiency
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, benefits realization & identify opportunities for further improvement
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business process transformation or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with business process management, process mapping and design tools
- Knowledge of lean principles, process improvement methodologies or project management tools, such as Six Sigma, Agile
