The Strategic Pricing & Planning Specialist is responsible for in-season and markdown pricing, operational replenishment planning, and product allocation. The role ensures the optimal balance between inventory availability and profitability through continuous KPI monitoring and the implementation of pricing strategies.
Qualifications- Execute worldwide product allocation, optimizing inventory across individual stores to prevent stock shortages and maximize product availability. (Inventory Management & Allocation)
- Support the development of pricing strategies by analyzing the impact of pricing on sales volumes, profitability, and brand competitiveness. (Pricing Analysis)
- Monitor Sell-in and Sell-out performance, ensuring alignment with company budget targets, with a particular focus on international markets. (Performance Monitoring)
- Plan and model the financial impact of sales campaigns and promotions, while managing markdown activities to protect seasonal margins. (Markdown & Promotion Management)
- Manage the technical pricing architecture, ensuring price consistency across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels.
- Prepare budget variance reports and provide analytical data to support revenue forecasting and inventory planning processes. (Reporting & Forecasting)
- Implement and leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to automate analyses and optimize decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the Product and Commercial teams to define the pricing positioning of new collections.
- Apply Strategic Planning methodologies and analytical leadership to address distribution and commercial challenges.
- Degree in Economics, Fashion Management, or a related fashion field
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Product sensitivity combined with an analytical, data-driven approach.
