Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for the Finance Manager Pricing Strategy role. This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel.The Finance Manager Pricing Strategy will be the financial lead for the Pulmonary Hypertension and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas pricing strategies supporting the Strategic Customer Group (SCG). This Manager is responsible for influencing key strategies and business decisions to ensure patient access to brands for Pulmonary Hypertension and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas. Additionally, this role will lead several key cross-portfolio activities including List Price Actions, the Transparency Report, and emerging state & federal policy. Success in this role requires strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership with Gross to Net (GTN) Finance, SCG, Commercial Excellence, Government Contract Compliance, Brand Finance, and Brand Marketing. This role supervises and coaches two senior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- The position will require the candidate to be an integral part of pricing strategy development and implementation discussions, including involvement in strategic analyses and understanding market landscapes.
- The finance manager will participate in pricing decisions for all levels of Contracting and Pricing Committee meetings and be the financial lead in establishing list price and contracting strategies for launch products within the Pulmonary Hypertension and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas.
- The finance manager will own several high visibility cross-portfolio activities, including List Price Actions, Transparency Report, and federal and state policy analysis.
- The finance manager will regularly participate in senior executive level reviews of access deals with Company Presidents, Chief Customer Officer, VP Finance and others.
- This manager will also participate in leading the pricing support for certain ad-hoc projects
- Supervise one lead financial analyst.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A major in Finance or Accounting, or Business-related degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years business experience including accounting, finance, or business analysis is required.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel is required. (Pivot Tables, V- Look ups, If statements, etc.)
- The ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization is required.
- Candidate must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- A CPA, CMA or other Financial Certification is preferred.
- Prior experience supervising a staff is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not required

- This position is based in Titusville NJ and may require up to 10% of domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000- $173,500Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
