The Role

Provides counsel and advice to EviCore’s VP Product and product leadership team on significant Strategic Planning matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. The position must have an in depth understanding of the company's various businesses and business processes and the competitive landscape Creates presentation materials and presents complex and challenging business issues to operational management and business unit heads. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Must be able to lead or manage sizable projects. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.

 Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as key advisor to VP Product and senior product leadership team

  • Lead planning efforts for product initiatives and strategic priorities

  • Support short/long term goal setting and monitoring

  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking progress across multiple initiatives

  • Provide feedback or insights on how to innovate workflows/navigate challenges

  • Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently/timely

  • Help identify gaps/problems within our organization and make recommendations to efficiently solve them

  • Drive alignment across product leaders and teams

  • Support organizational design – review, analysis, recommendation, implementation

  • Monitor team temperature (surveys, meetings, feedback sessions, etc.) and bring ideas to enhance culture 

  • Work with matrix partners to establish routine communication channels

  • Prepare internal/external presentations and documents

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and 7+ years of experience in a related field including PBS/Medical Benefits Management (MBM) healthcare and strategic planning.

  • Graduate degree in related field a plus.  

  • Expertise with Powerpoint, SmartSheet, and Salesforce required

  • Experience in directing or working with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Proven track record for success in leading strategic planning sessions and completing large projects.

  • Demonstrated thought leadership on challenging problems with examples of implementing innovative analytic and operational solutions and driving outstanding results.

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage a vision and purpose with various business stakeholders

  • Effective prioritization and management of complex deliverable portfolio in a dynamic environment.

  • This is a hybrid role and will likely require the ability to work in-person.
