Responsibilities

Forecasting staffing and scheduling workforce
Working on headcount planning and making strategic decisions
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the operations of interest and sharing them with relevant individuals
Engaging in monitoring activities
Understanding and interpreting workforce management KPI’s
Analyze and interpret call center metrics

Expected Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management and monitoring operations
Bachelor's degree preferably in related fields
Excellent Communication Skills in both Turkish and English
Strong analytical skills understanding complex reporting, data transformations from multiple sources and tracking of KPIs
Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
Excellent command of MS Office applications
