We are currently looking for a Strategic Planning Officer who will contribute to the effective execution of the company's strategy by conducting market analysis and competition benchmarking, identifying trends and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making.

They will support the annual business planning process through market and competition analysis, consolidation of Business Unit inputs, monitoring of KPIs, and delivering periodic performance reports that highlight progress against targets. In addition, the role supports the implementation of transformation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking key milestones, flagging risks or delays proactively, and preparing progress reports to internal stakeholders.

What will you do:

• Support the development and periodic update of the company’s long‑term strategy, including scenario planning and market analysis.
• Support the annual business planning process through market research, data analysis and consolidation of data input from Business Units
• Monitor market and technological developments; Conduct competition benchmarking
• Monitor the Business Plan KPIs and perform periodic reporting
• Support transformation PMO activities by coordinating cross‑functional efforts, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support development and update of the ESG strategy, integrating material topics and shareholder vision/expectations
• Maintain structured documentation on Business Plan metrics/data
• Prepare presentations and corporate communication material

What you will need in order to succeed:

• A BSc in Engineering or Economics.
• Energy-related post-graduate degree or MBA is considered an asset.
• 4+ years of experience in market analysis, business planning processes, KPI monitoring, competition benchmarking, and preparation of performance reports, gained either in-house or through a strategy consulting background.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Data analysis tools, Power BI.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess strategic and business developments within the energy industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A continuous learning mindset.
