The Strategic Planning Consultant functions as an individual contributor working with System leadership supporting a disciplined, evidence based strategic planning process. This position is responsible for the management and completion of planning projects to support the development of new and the review of existing services. The position requires work with a wide variety of System leaders to evaluate programs or services, provide consultation and recommend strategic options for consideration by executive leadership.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or health care related field preferred.
- Five years experience in a healthcare setting plus two years in a strategic planning role.
- Project management and leadership skills to organize people and activities toward successful project outcomes.
- Ability to champion change management initiatives within project and leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the social and health status of a population.
