Job Title: Strategic Planning Consultant
Job Location:
Remote with travel to client sites in Virginia / Maryland on occasion.
Job Summary:
The Strategic Planning Consultant for the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) staffing project will work on a program that integrates a system of systems across numerous vendors and stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving standardized best practice processes aligned to the environment, through analyzing and implementing solutions to program process requirements using excellent communication and consensus-building skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze information technology business requirements in business processes.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, solutions identification, and risk analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Implement solutions to program process requirements.
- Mentor and supervise employees in firm and technical competencies.
- Work in partnership with senior leaders in the government.
- Drive enterprise change management across public and private stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of frameworks and systems that align to strategy and specific SAFe Agile principles.
- Drive change in a highly collaborative and consensus-driven organization.
- Define and deliver components of a program in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience with driving enterprise change management.
- Experience as a project or program manager.
- Ability to contribute to the design of frameworks and systems.
- Ability to work with senior leaders in the government.
- Ability to drive change in a collaborative organization.
Minimum Education:
- Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree preferred, ideally in a Healthcare related field.
Required Certifications:
- PMP, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Certifications required.
Skills Required
- Experience with driving enterprise change management.
