The Chief of Staff works side-by-side with the ELT, acting as a strategist, consultant, and implementer while ensuring activities within the organization align with specified corporate objectives and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
Defines success metrics and provides necessary structure and organization
Prepares and manages board meetings, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is utilized efficiently, and objectives are achieved
Assists with “all hands” company meetings
Works closely with leadership Executive Assistant to remain apprised of upcoming commitments
Assists the ELT with correspondence dealing with subject matter requiring considerable sensitivity, discretion, judgment or negotiation
Assists with PR and Marketing strategy
Evaluates inquiries directed to the ELT, determines the proper course of action and delegates to the appropriate individual to manage
Presents recommendations to ELT based upon thorough research, statistics and data analysis
Takes on special projects related to key strategic priorities
Conducts financial modeling and strategic analysis to assist ELT with decision-making and operational matters.
Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in either a Chief of Staff, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Consulting role
Proven track record of effectively planning and assisting strategic initiatives
Advanced presentation and Microsoft Suite capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work strategically, efficiently, and collaboratively across departments
Desired Experience or Skills:
Project Management Experience
Understanding of financial modeling, analytics, statistics
Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $168,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
