  • Work with clients, compliance teams, and client-facing groups to gather requirements, run feedback sessions, and support onboarding and adoption.
  • Define how data flows across the investment lifecycle (trading, post-trade, operations, accounting, and reporting) and make sure regulatory outputs are accurate, complete, and auditable.
  • Shape the client-facing tooling experience, including data delivery, integrations, APIs, file formats, and reporting interfaces.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, data quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Background in regulatory reporting within financial services or fintech.
  • Working knowledge of the investment lifecycle, including trading, operational functions, and the reporting that flows from them.
  • Track record of working day to day with engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Experience working directly with external clients, including gathering requirements and managing expectations.
  • Understanding of development architecture, workflows, and external client tooling (data feeds, APIs, integrations, reporting platforms).
  • Ability to break down ambituous, complex requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
