About this role

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team. As our first Partnerships hire you will have a vital role in the creation of this exciting new function within Robin AI. You’ll identify, develop and close new partnership opportunities for the business, acting as the key point of contact and creating strategies to expand and improve these partnerships over time. As a key conduit between stakeholders, your mission will be to advance mutual objectives and coordinate seamlessly across the business and with our partners to get things done.

What you’ll do 

• Identify, negotiate and close new partnership opportunities that help Robin AI to achieve its revenue goals through strategic distribution, collaboration and co-marketing relationships.
• Lead engagement with vital strategic partners as the key point of contact and relationship manager.
• Network cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product to ensure that all aspects of partnership agreements are implemented to the timeline and quality required, be the driver of key metric delivery and joint agreements.
• Set goals, track and evaluate the progress of partnerships, including metrics on sales, revenues and product usage, reviewing with executives regularly.
• Collaborate with teams company-wide to connect partnerships to larger goals.
• Create and execute innovative plans to elevate partnership potential, increasing long-term revenue and future-proofing the strategic direction of the partner.
• Oversee go-to-market activities with partners and internal team to ensure maximum awareness and on-time delivery.

What about my skills?

• At least 7 years experience in partnerships, business development or other relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS start-up(s).
• Strong commercial acumen, with a record of constructing and evolving fruitful partnerships.
• Outstanding people skills, excelling at building relationships and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally, specifically with engineering, product, sales and marketing teams to get things done.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to decision making, able to interpret and analyse data to make recommendations
• Excellent project management skills, able to simultaneously juggle multiple pieces of work while maintaining attention to detail
• A solid understanding of tech ecosystems (e.g. API integrations etc.)

Please note that this role is based out of our New York office and is hybrid with three days per week in the office. 

Compensation at Robin AI

• Salary: $180,000 - $220,000
