You will lead technology partnerships, operationalize partner programs at scale, design partner-led revenue models, and be the regional voice into Product, GTM and Finance. You will be the day-to-day owner of a strategic partner cohort and will execute partner playbooks that deliver product integrations, marketing reach, and ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities
Strategy & GTM
Define and execute APAC partner strategy aligned with global Fusion/Design & Manufacturing platform objectives, prioritizing partner types and markets (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Korea, India, ANZ)
Create business models, financial forecasts and commercial structures (bundles, revenue share, OEM licensing, embedded commerce) for regional deals
Identify high-impact partner segments (OEMs, hardware vendors, ISVs, service bureaus, marketplaces) and enhance roadmaps to expand Autodesk’s reach
Partner Program & Operations
Own regional rollout and operationalization of the partner program: partner tiers, commitments/benefits, onboarding, certification, enablement content, partner portal adoption and automation
Implement systems & KPIs to manage large partner communities efficiently
Deliver repeatable templates (term sheets, SLAs, onboarding playbooks) and run regular partner reviews
Partnership Development & Negotiation
Originate, qualify, and close strategic partnership deals; lead commercial negotiations from term sheet to signed agreements with legal and finance
Architect multi-year, cross-functional programs: co-marketing, technical integrations, product bundles, and go-to-market pilots
Relationship Management & Cross-functional Leadership
Be the primary Autodesk contact for assigned partners; escalate and coordinate cross-functional workstreams internally
Act as partner champion within Autodesk - translate partner needs into product, marketing and sales initiatives
Run partner workshops, executive briefings, and co-innovation sessions
Measurement & Reporting
Define and track partner KPIs (partner-sourced ARR, partner-influenced ARR, partner NPS, enablement completion, pipeline contribution, portal adoption)
Deliver monthly/quarterly regional reporting and playbook refinements based on data
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (engineering, business or related). MBA strongly preferred
5+ years in technology partnerships, business development, or GTM in manufacturing/design software or adjacent hardware ecosystems
Strong commercial negotiation experience (term sheets, revenue share, bundling)
Proven experience working in APAC markets (local/regulatory nuance, multi-language coordination)
Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or another major APAC language preferred
Tools: Salesforce, Excel, Airtable, PowerPoint; comfortable with analytics and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
Deep domain knowledge in CAD/CAM, CNC, 3D printing, MES, or manufacturing workflows
