The Role

We are seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Partnership Managers to join our team. In this role, you will manage a select portfolio of established partnerships while driving the development of new key strategic partnerships. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll identify opportunities, define mutually beneficial objectives, and lead initiatives that maximize the value of these partnerships.

In this job you will...

  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing partnerships for expansion, cross-selling, and deeper integration into their network.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic partnerships, fostering strong, long-term relationships and leading the execution of joint go-to-market strategies to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business goals, challenges and priorities through monthly or quarterly alignment meetings, ensuring continued focus on shared objectives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners and their teams on product offerings, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Manage ongoing contract renewals, adjustments, and expansions as needed.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics such as sales and customer satisfaction to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with broader company goals.

  • Be willing to do the required travel at least twice per month to meet partners and nurture relationships.
  • Reside permanently and currently in the U.S. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the U.S. at this time, even if you're willing to work during U.S. time zones.

It'd be nice if you...

  • Live in Texas or Florida, as many of our partners are based in these regions.
  • Have 1+ years of experience with partner/channel relations.
  • Are proficient in technology tools such as SalesForce CRM, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Compensation:
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $104,000 and our commission is uncapped. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
