Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to Blackstone’s Strategic Partners finance team in New York. The responsibilities include:
- Managing calendar(s) including scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants
- Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper, redirecting inquiries to other professionals when appropriate, as well as client liaison
- Acting as back-support for other senior professionals
- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Completion of detailed corporate expenses including allocation, tracking receipts and reimbursements
- Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings, meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in visitor system
- Coordinating on-going group meetings, managing team meeting agendas, and organizing team events and cultural initiatives
- Maintaining and organizing files
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies
- Role may require some work after regular business hours to do time sensitive tasks
- Assisting with a variety of bespoke projects
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of assistant experience

- Extensive familiarity with Microsoft suite
- Familiarity with Concur is preferred

Expected annual base salary range:
$70,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
