We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to pioneer this critical role within our region. As we experience rapid growth, this strategic position will play a key part in supporting our continued success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate maturity, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in an independent setting while contributing to a close-knit team.


Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving partner sales objectives and your mission will be to build the regional strategy and drive Ataccama’s revenue growth through Partners in DACH & Central Europe. You will be accountable for all indirect sales with and through partners, as well as business development, pipeline generation and acquisition of new partner accounts. You will manage and guide the training and sales process of partners, implement Ataccama's partner strategy, and develop strong partnerships across target markets. If you have B2B SaaS experience as a partner manager working with valued added resellers, consulting and/ or system integration partners, then this is the role for you!

Your Challenge

  • Establish strong relationships with new & existing solution partners/resellers to grow revenue 
  • Develop strategic relationships to plan and deliver co-sell activities to create new pipelines according to go-to-market strategy
  • Lead the creation of the DACH & Central Europe partner strategy
  • Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and sales goals
  • Actively build relationships and align with the Ataccama sellers, Sales leaders and Partners
  • Implement account development plans and understand our partners' goals to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction 
  • Find and develop new business opportunities via prospecting through partners, co-marketing activities such as webinars and events, and enablement activities aimed to train our partners on Ataccama positioning to their client base
  • Track and record partner information and progress as well as deal activity in SFDC
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities 
  • Drive bi-weekly syncs with preferred partners in order to achieve sales goals, pipeline and targets etc. 

Is This You?

  • Experience with creating, defining and executing a successful go-to-market & regional strategy with partners
  • Strong experience in B2B and SaaS software sales
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Partner Sales Manager role 
  • Have existing relationships with resellers, consulting and/ or solution partners in DACH & Central Europe
  • Domain expertise in Data Management or related field is a must
  • Must be able and willing to travel regularly (at least 30%)
  • You have strong communication skills and are great at building relationships
  • You have a hunter mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of accountability
  • You are self-motivated and can produce results with minimal oversight
  • You enjoy presenting and speaking in front of large groups 
  • You welcome an international work environment and have flexibility to work across time zones
  • Experienced with demand generation strategies and market development 
  • Do you understand something about IT systems and hardware architectures? That's a big plus!
