We’re on the look out for a dynamic Strategic Operations Lead to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across our Wealth Management function. If you're passionate about innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, this is your chance to make an impact!

• Driving Strategic Execution – Lead high-impact operational projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance.

• Leading Operational Sprints – Facilitate fast-paced, cross-functional sprints to solve key business challenges and implement innovative solutions.

• Enhancing Business Processes – Streamline workflows across Sales, Customer, Product, and Technology to improve collaboration and effectiveness.

• Managing Critical Projects – Oversee strategic, internally led projects with a strong focus on execution, governance, and measurable results.

• Delivering Data-Driven Insights – Provide leadership with meaningful analytics, reporting frameworks, and forecasting tools to support business decision-making.

• Shaping Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution – Ensure smooth product and service launches through effective planning, coordination, and operational governance.

• Partnering with Leadership – Work closely with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with business priorities and long-term growth.

• Driving a Culture of Continuous Improvement – Champion innovation, efficiency, and high performance across all Wealth Management functions.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in operational delivery, project management, or business transformation.

• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) execution, project management, and operational governance.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams.

• High analytical acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• A leadership mindset focused on accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
