Role Summary

Identify and drive strategic initiatives that support business priorities, customer engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Develop strategic programs, leadership workshops, and executive communications while helping translate business strategy into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Korea business and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with account teams to understand business needs and support strategic planning activities.
  • Design and facilitate leadership workshops, strategy sessions, and organizational alignment programs.
  • Develop executive presentations, strategic narratives, leadership messages, and business review materials.
  • Conduct business, customer, and market analysis to support decision-making and drive organizational priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure effective execution across stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy, business operations, account operations, consulting, or related functions.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent presentation development, executive communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Engineering background preferred.
