The Strategic Marketing Project Coordinator – AI supports the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on AI. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, innovation, and project management, helping drive cross-functional efforts that advance how AI is integrated into marketing strategy. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing and product teams to identify efficiencies that improve speed to market and streamline processes to enable effective execution of AI-driven programs. 

 

This position reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and is part of the Strategic Marketing Team. This position is 100% remote. 

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on AI 

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify efficiencies that improve speed to market 

  • Help streamline processes and ways of working to enable more effective program execution 

  • Track and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment and visibility across stakeholders 

  • Contribute to the evaluation and use of tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance marketing operations 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, or a related role 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders 

  • Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and their applications in marketing
