Job Description- INTELLIGENCE SPOC
- Aggregate multiple informations sources : Business intelligence, Innovation & Patent watch, Segment roadmaps, summarizes them to Procelys management & proposes priority actions for the BU
- STRATEGY
- Follows up strategy execution, identifies deviations, proposes key projects to achieve the Strategy
- Defines & proposes to LT yearly BU Must wins battles. Frames related projects
- BU OFFER DEVELOPMENT
- Work with innovation teams to prioritise projects in Procelys project pipe.
- Validates all projects business plans, value propositions & Business plans
- EXPLORE DIVERSIFICATION
- Identifies new usages for existing product line
- Identifies potential new product lines developments
- Identifies new segments ; develops intelligence for segments not covered by segment managers
- PARTNERSHIPS
- Identifies potential partners to develop new product lines, new applications
- Explore markets & propose new product lines developments for the BU
Hard skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing functions, with proven collaboration across sales, marketing, and innovation teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic marketing and in operational communication or regional marketing
- Experience in innovation roles within a B2B Life Science ingredients company (nice to have)
- 5+ years of strategic marketing experience in Biotech, Pharma, or Life Sciences
- Scientific educational background (minimum BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Biology)
- French at B2 level (nice to have)
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to set priorities in ambiguous or complex environments
- Naturally curious with a strong analytical mindset
- Proven leadership skills
