Overview
As a Marketing Leader, you will lead our marketing team to drive brand growth and engagement. You’ll develop and implement strategies that increase awareness and create lasting connections with our customers. Your leadership will inspire creativity and innovation, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
You are responsible for
• Develop and execute strategies: Lead the development of a fact-based, "Where to Play" and "How to Win”, strategy in close collaboration with the Regional BU Leaders and commercial leader. Leads & aligns localized marketing strategy and activities in collaboration with local business and sales leadership to ensure strong 360 implementation
• Lead and develop marketing team: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and high-performing environment. Manage talent pipeline for the organization, and build capabilities in the organization
• Strengthen Philips brand: Strengthen our brand presence across various channels and ensure consistent messaging.
• Optimize A&P ROI: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI
• Lead the market: Drives superior customer value by championing the connectivity and interdependence of strategic decisions and financial success, empowered by deep customer and market insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
You are part of
Key talent of Personal Health Team aims to enhance consumer experiences to fulfill the business needs and Company standard. You will base in Taipei office and direct report to the Commercial Leader of Personal Health Taiwan.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 15 years working experience in FMCG or electric appliance industries; Experiences on Commercial or GTM /channel planning will be a strong plus
• Proven successful records to stay ahead of industry trends
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Learning Agility and passionate about growing
• Strong communication and team management capabilities
• Visionary, ability to adapt and lead the change
