As a Market Research Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team to drive strategic business decisions. You will drive the models and contribute to the flawless implementation of our go-to-market strategies.Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain MOBILE demand market model and application-specific models using both top-down and bottom-up approaches to support strategic business decisions.
  • Research and follow Mobile market new technology trends, including edge AI and market intelligence, such as supply/demand, competitors, customer product launches, ecosystem dynamics, and pricing trends.
  • Analyze key industry analyst reports and other relevant reports to assess and evaluate the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Provide business analysis to support quarterly pricing negotiations in major regions and with key customers.
  • Highlight and review key changes in the demand forecast and supporting assumptions to drive internal actions.
  • Engage with the Corporate Market Intelligence team and other business units on industry demand forecasts.
  • Support Marcomm, product marketing, and product managers in preparing go-to-market plans, Stage Gate processes, product collateral, quarterly business reviews, and competitor research.
  • Use programming and modeling for data analysis to improve business decisions. This includes supporting the development of Customer Support Plan (CSP) and reconciling marketing and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate and BU Strategy teams to perform ad-hoc analysis for executives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in market research and analysis within the mobile technology sector.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to uncover key insights from intricate data sets.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in programming and data modeling to support business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to effectively implement central initiatives and get results.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$74,000.00 - $178,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
