Produce market intelligence and synthesize research that can be utilized in annual planning, QBRs, and renewals.
Monitor and synthesize industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging best practices to ensure our platform approach remains relevant and forward-looking.
Apply strategic thinking by connecting market signals, client needs, and existing program designs into clear recommendations.
Apply a test-and-learn mindset, utilizing data and industry insights to continuously refine and improve outcomes.
Productized Strategic Support & Enablement
Update existing frameworks, POVs, benchmarks, and playbooks that improve the quality and consistency of strategic recommendations across CG and U.S. teams.
Support scoped strategic engagements such as program redesigns, preparing workshop materials, and insight-backed opportunity shaping.
Produce team outputs into standardized solutions (e.g., Playbook builds) versus one-off efforts.
Client Collaboration & Growth
Equip CG teams with market-grounded recommendations that strengthen executive client conversations.
Assist the Sr. Director of Market Insights with the Business Development and CG teams to support growth opportunities where market insight and program design expertise are critical to the sell.
What You Bring
Strategic marketer: Brings 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, channel programs, or go-to-market initiatives withing a marketing technology or agency environment.
Ecosystem thinker: Understands how to design effective programs, marketing plans, and communication strategies across complex, multi-tier distribution ecosystems.
Insight-driven analyst: Interprets performance data and market trends, turning insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Playbook operationalizer: Updates structured marketing and operational playbooks that bring clarity, consistency, and scale to complex programs.
Clear communicator: Translates complex ideas into messages that are accessible, engaging, and aligned to stakeholder needs.
Organized orchestrator: Balances multiple assignment and priorities with guidance from the team while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
How Success Is Measured
Quality, depth, and strategic coherence of market POVs, benchmarks, and program designs delivered to the CG teams.
Percentage of work delivered through repeatable assets and playbooks versus one-off custom outputs.
Quality and timeliness of research and updated strategic assets.
Adoption and application of your strategic frameworks.
Skills Required
- 1-3 years experience in marketing strategy, channel programs, or go-to-market initiatives within a martech or agency environment
- Ability to produce market intelligence and synthesize research for planning, QBRs, and renewals
- Ability to monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging best practices
- Experience designing programs and marketing plans across multi-tier distribution ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience updating and operationalizing structured playbooks, frameworks, POVs, and benchmarks
- Clear communication skills to translate complex ideas into accessible messages for stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
