Job Summary:This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape what comes next for OPPT. Working closely with OPPT leadership and partners across the Division of Finance and Administration, this position will turn ideas and strategic priorities into action, connect people and perspectives across organizational boundaries and bring momentum to complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that advance OPPT and Office of the Deputy CFO priorities, translating leadership goals into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional work and driving projects through implementation.
- Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships with campus partners, customers, suppliers and external organizations through strategic outreach, engagement and collaboration that improve services and organizational outcomes.
- Develop and execute communications and engagement strategies for OPPT programs, services and initiatives, translating complex information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences and communication channels.
- Manage and steward OPPT’s digital presence and organizational resources, including websites, SharePoint, brand resources, shared documentation and technology planning to support effective communication, knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Advance organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement by gathering and analyzing data and stakeholder feedback, identifying opportunities, supporting policy and operational improvements and coordinating learning, change management and employee development efforts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to OPPT leadership, researching complex issues, evaluating options, developing recommendations and supporting organizational, workforce, budget and succession planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position and five years of experience leading and coordinating projects, strategic initiatives, or organizational improvement efforts.

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq.
