In this role, you will:

  • Support the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making.

  • Manage and implement long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating plan.

  • Enable and optimize the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology and Data & Analytics teams.

  • Enable the senior leadership team in the prioritization and governance of initiatives and programs to ensure attainment of our long-term strategy.

  • Develop and prepare roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g. LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisions.

  • Optimize and enable a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders.

  • Support the creation of job families and other deliverables to stand up and enable Portfolio Governance and Planning function.

  • Develop and iterate innovative program management methodologies and frameworks.

  • Partner with other functional portfolio leaders, teams and technology stakeholders to co-create a standard and consistent governance model.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience related with strategic planning, long range planning, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, technology environments.

  • Experience working with CPG teams seen as an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leaders.

  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and cross-functional relationship-building skills

  • Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player.

  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results driven.

  • Thrive in bringing structure to ambiguity to drive business results.

  • Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibility.
