ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that support organizational goals and long-term business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact projects and improvement opportunities
  • Systematically assess operations across the applicable DGM Services’ divisions and identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Help improve and streamline ERP systems, software platforms, reporting and internal tools to support company growth and efficiency
  • Research and implement AI related tools and automation solutions to reduce manual processes and improve productivity
  • Review and strengthen DGM Services’ marketing approach, including lead generation efforts, brand consistency, and client communication systems
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between DGM Services and DGM Boston, facilitating shared resources, back-office support and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Track initiative progress and prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure strategic objectives are integrated into operational plans
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, project management, and organizational development principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among differing opinions
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management practices to support organizational growth and operational excellence

DIRECT REPORTS

  • This position has no direct reports.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY EXPECTATIONS

  • Position will require presence in warehouse, production, or customer facility areas to support operations, audits, or coordination activities
  • Must comply with all company safety policies, work instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements applicable to office and operational environments
  • Must follow all safety signage, access controls, and hazard-awareness procedures when entering non-office areas
  • Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in operational or warehouse environments, including but not limited to safety footwear, high-visibility apparel, eye protection, or hearing protection, as applicable
  • Expected to identify and promptly report safety hazards, incidents, and any other concerning items to supervision or the QHSE department
  • Must conduct all work in a manner that supports safe operations, regulatory compliance, and protection of company and customer property

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to read, review, and interpret documentation in electronic and paper formats
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including participating in phone calls, meetings, and customer communications
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around operational or warehouse areas
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds occasionally, such as files, office materials, or documentation
  • Ability to navigate stairs, aisles, warehouse, and work areas safely when required for operational support or facility visits
  • Visual and auditory ability sufficient to perform job duties safely and accurately, with or without reasonable accommodation

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional Saturdays, overtime, or adjusted hours as needed to meet operational demands.
