Strategic Initiatives Leader – Client Management - Virtual

Our Story

This senior-level position within our client-management organization acts as the right-hand person to the Chief Client Officer and his/her team. The primary responsibilities include coordinating strategic initiatives and programs, overseeing broad operational aspects of client management, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and third parties. The role works to ensure the Client Management team is aligned to Alight's overall goals. The Strategic Initiatives Leader will need to build strong connections within the business to navigate and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate strategic initiatives and programs to enhance client management.

• Oversee operational aspects of client management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develops and builds meaningful and trusted relationships across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and key influential third-party stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize Product/Service/Delivery outcomes and ensure overall Customer Success and retention; facilitates cross-function collaboration with Delivery, Commercial and Finance, as needed, to lead and/or support change management activities and communications.

• Align client management organization objectives and activities with Alight's overall goals.

• Strong ability to lead to lead through influence; persuades, motivates, and inspires action toward desired outcomes. 

• Deliver a measurable Client Performance Scorecard and Client Waterfall Plan.

• Baseline and increase NPS for Client Management.

• Assist in deploying Renew Every Day Program.

• Assist SAE/CE LT team to communicate consistently internally, as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery/Strategic Initiative type role. Experience working with medium and large enterprise business clients is a plus

• Strong relationship building skills across multiple client personas and key internal/external stakeholders.

• Ability to lead through influence, persuading, motivating, and inspiring action toward desired outcomes.

• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, project-management, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational plans and performance metrics.

• Ability to travel up to 25% as required (typically less).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

128,100 USD

Maximum :

203,300 USD
