Job Description
Role Overview:
Are you a recent university graduate with a passion for Human Resources and a desire to make real impact within the Financial Services Industry? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic graduate to join our Strategic HR department, whereby you will be involved in managing various strategic projects that aim to improve HR efficiency, drive innovation culture, enhance employer branding, and boost employee engagement. In this role, you will get to design structured approaches to guide individuals, teams and organisation through transitions – whether it’s adopting new technologies, restructuring or implementing new policies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR initiatives and deliver real impact within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of HR efficiency projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
Act as a key bridge between business and Digital HR / Innovation Group teams, translating technical specifications into actionable business requirements.
Support end-to-end change management and communication efforts from group level to drive regional adoption.
Conduct surveys and organise focus group discussions to solicit feedback and generate meaningful insights for senior leadership.
Conduct research and provide insights on HR trends and best practices.
Prepare executive presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to senior leadership within Group HR.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
