We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Revvity’s Life Sciences portfolios in North America. As the Strategic Growth Accounts Leader, you will play a key role in identifying high-impact opportunities, deepening relationships with top academic and industry accounts, and influencing strategic initiatives across the organization.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments and has a proven track record of commercial success.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Growth & Account Strategy
  • Lead growth strategy for high-potential accounts across Life Sciences portfolios, with a focus on expanding reagent and platform adoption.

  • Build and execute strategic growth plans tailored to key accounts in academia and industry.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account maps and ensure consistent internal communication around account activity.

  • Facilitate customer education and engagement across Revvity’s full range of products, services, and solutions.

  • Drive customer access and engagement through in-person and virtual initiatives (e.g., workshops, seminars, product demos).

  • Identify and manage multi-site, multi-stakeholder opportunities with complex buying cycles.

  • Build strong customer relationships that support long-term business growth.

Strategic Communication & Market Intelligence

  • Partner with Procurement and commercial stakeholders to lead annual or bi-annual business reviews.

  • Support and help execute platform-level strategies in collaboration with internal commercial leaders.

  • Provide regular insights on market dynamics, competitive activity, and account-specific trends.

  • Track and analyze account performance data to inform commercial decision-making.

  • Actively collect and share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to drive innovation and marketing strategy.

  • Leverage and expand relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase brand credibility and reach.

Relationship & Change Management

  • Build alignment across commercial teams, product specialists, and leadership to drive unified customer strategies.

  • Serve as a key internal voice representing customer priorities, needs, and success metrics.

  • Lead communication and coordination on major account contracts, pricing, and negotiations.

  • Monitor and address customer satisfaction concerns, ensuring a high-quality experience.

  • Understand customer purchasing behavior, procurement cycles, and organizational structure to tailor engagement strategies.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account sales, business development, or commercial leadership in life sciences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, strategic accounts.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

  • Proven success in driving account-based strategies within matrixed, fast-paced organizations.

  • Knowledge of Revvity’s portfolio or related technologies is a plus.
