About the Role:

You’ll be supporting teams across our entire organization with particular emphasis on Real Estate, Member Operations, Financial Leadership and our C-Suite. As a member of our relatively lean finance team, you’ll have frequent opportunities to work directly with executive leadership and gain the kind of executive presentation experience that might not normally be part of a financial analyst position. We’re looking for a collaborative, driven financial analyst who is excited to deepen their understanding of the intersection of business strategy and finance. This role is based in NYC and will require in-office work 1-3 days/week. If all of that aligns with your experiences and goals, we'd love for you to apply!

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and coordinate multiple projects as required to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
  • Provide insights into monthly variance analysis including review of financials for various department stakeholders (Marketing, People, Facilities, and Member Experience)
  • Manage Finance team initiatives and develop tools/processes that support the goal of maximizing cash-flow
  • Assist with development & maintenance of complex financials models to support the annual budget process, including real estate underwriting, and corporate planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent degree
  • 2+ years of experience as financial analyst in either Real Estate, Financial Services, B2C, Hospitality or a similar industry with a major role focus on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis & modeling
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, especially utilizing consolidations, indirects, and lookups
  • Experience creating monthly P&L analysis and variance commentary
  • Interest in understanding the intersection of business strategy and finance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, and proactively develop solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams

Preferred experience:

  • Financial analysis within the Real estate industry, Investment Banking
  • Real estate valuation experience, calculating IRRs and projecting future cash flows

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $94,000 - $97,000.
