Finance Transformation Lead

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Role Overview

The Finance Transformation Lead is a strategic partner to the CFO responsible for modernizing the finance function and driving enterprise-wide transformation. This role leads the development and execution of a finance transformation roadmap, delivering improved processes, stronger decision support, and scalable operating models across the global finance organization.

Blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, the Finance Transformation Lead orchestrates high-impact initiatives, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, and enables sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives to enterprise strategy and CFO priorities.
  • Orchestrate the CFO’s strategic agenda, including leadership meetings, steering committees, and transformation governance.
  • Drive finance operating model and process improvements across core finance value streams.
  • Manage a portfolio of finance initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, and audit remediation.
  • Develop executive-level communications, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to advance the finance technology roadmap.
  • Lead change management, training, and adoption to embed new ways of working.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance, transformation, FP&A, or strategic operations experience.
  • Proven success leading large-scale finance transformation or operating model initiatives.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and finance technologies.
  • Advanced analytical and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Leadership of enterprise-wide transformation or change programs.
  • Experience with SharePoint or finance collaboration platforms.
  • Exposure to Agile, automation, and emerging finance technologies.
