What will be your mission?
Your mission will be to partner with and support our global business with your primary stakeholders in EMEA.
You will be in charge of...
- Support the Business Leaders and Executive Management Team with relevant and timely information to enable them to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives
- Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance by highlighting trends, key actions, and strategic implications
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure communication across the business thrives, and the Finance Team maintains a positive brand across the organization
- Develop and curate financial KPIs, which will be used to assess the success of the business during its rapid growth
- Work with the Data Analytics Team to provide intelligence to the business in terms of converting relevant data into meaningful information to make decisions
- Assist with board preparation and investor communications
- Project reporting and investment appraisal
- Support the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to any M&A activities
- Analyze competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making
- Lead scenario modeling to assess risks and aid decision making
What should you have to succeed?
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and ability to influence in a positive manner
- Strong commercial understanding
- Ability to rapidly analyze unstructured information from multiple sources
- Experience with SaaS and/or Services business and operations model is an advantage
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines and handle multiple conflicting high-priority tasks
- Excellent presentation skills - written and oral
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to "zoom out "and "see the bigger picture"
- Solid grasp of accounting standards
- Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with business strategy, corporate finance, financial analysis, and/or valuation is an advantage
