What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join us and make a major impact across all areas of Finance. This role will be instrumental in building, iterating, and scaling our team, with a specific focus on go to market strategy, pricing strategy, and other key company strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of various financial models
• Make recommendations to optimize processes and drive improvements throughout Finance
• Support Corporate Development efforts with senior leadership as they arise
• Support the formulation, implementation and reporting of our go to market strategy with a focus on setting and tracking sales targets and incentive compensation
• Support our pricing function as they develop and implement our product strategy
• Analyze our unit economics on key performance indicators like LTV/CAC and payback period as well as generating proposals to improve those KPIs
• Provide analytic and strategic support to our claims forecasting and operations
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support management decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience 
• Experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking preferred 
• Experience with insurance, structured finance, or SaaS is preferred but not required
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience creating high value materials in Slides/PowerpointFamiliarity with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, VBA, or Python is a plus
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, including annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Experience with advanced excel modeling required.
• CPA / CFA is a plus
