We're looking for an exceptional Strategic Finance Associate to join our leadership team as a right-hand partner to our Head of Finance and Department Leads. In this critical role, you'll help drive our next phase of growth by supporting strategic decision-making and leading key financial and operational initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-moving, mission-driven company.

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making

• Support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and Operations

• Lead sophisticated financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business decisions, product initiatives, and growth opportunities

• Drive financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operations

• Track and optimize key marketplace metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics

• 4+ years of finance experience in high-growth environments; 2+ years of IB/PE and 2+ years in VC or Startup

• Deep understanding of marketplace business models and operational metrics

• Exceptional work ethic and bias toward action

• Relentless attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proactive mindset with strong business judgment

• Direct communication style with ability to drive results through influence

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours
