This role is for an Associate / Sr Associate and will report to the Head of Strategic Finance.
What does the role look like?
This role will be one of the early hires on the finance team. On the strategic finance team, your primary objectives will be to identify the best avenues for growth, collaborate with cross-functional partners in driving towards these outcomes, and model out the P&L. Given the size of the company and team, you’ll have the opportunity to define your own scope, tapping into the highest priority areas across the company and getting exposure to all our key leaders, meaning strong communication skills are essential. Given our speed of execution, we’re looking for candidates who can self-serve, therefore technical proficiency across SQL, dashboards, and excel will be preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in high-growth companies
- Ability to self-service data, driving to actionable insights and influencing your business partners
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Able to build LTV/CAC and payback curves which will be used for budget allocation frameworks
