Job Description:
This a temporary role for 1 year with the purpose to:
- Define & set up the distribution strategy for Mars food
- Define & build the capabilities of distribution management and share across the business
- Start driving business & sales with the distributors, that will sell our brands/products in their respective markets
Overall, the goal is to set up a distribution strategy and serve the markets where we don’t have a local Food unit.
What are we looking for?- Min 3+ years of relevant experience as Distribution Manager/Export manager or having set up new RTM strategies
- Proven experience in building capabilities across the organization
- Fluent in English and other European or Middle Eastern language.
- Excellent communication, analytical and people leadership skills
Your responsibility is to define the capabilities needed for successful distribution management and share across the organization. There are 3 main pillars within this responsibility:

- Define the capabilities needed for successful distribution management and share across the organization.
Business
- Set up the actual relationship & sales with the distributor and create yearly (3-5 year) plans with them and be the main point of contact for the distributors
