The role oversees the day-to-day planning, execution, and strategic development of PayJoy's most important commercial projects across the country—including managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating stakeholders across all levels of our partners' organization structure; driving cross-functional execution of marketing efforts; and steering sales initiatives to hit project milestones and targets.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end commercial strategy for national expansion, setting the direction for high-level growth plans and commercial priorities across all project workstreams and P&L outcomes.
- Define the success framework for the business—establishing the core benchmarks and KPIs that translate market and industry trends into measurable commercial results and revenue growth.
- Lead full-lifecycle flagship initiatives from strategy through delivery, directing cross-functional teams, governing data and performance review, and owning the reporting narrative to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and building the capability needed to consistently exceed commercial targets.
- Build, govern, and grow the most strategic internal and external relationships nationally—managing a portfolio of partners/vendors—while anticipating and mitigating risks to safeguard mission-critical goals.
- Represent the business and its performance to regional and global leadership, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions at the group level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas).
- 8+ years of experience growing and retaining key accounts while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Having experience in working with Major Chinese smartphone OEMs in Indonesia is preferred
- Demonstrated previous experience in leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving team engagement.
- Expertise in business and marketing strategies, with an exceptional understanding of the local markets trends and industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes, identify trends, and drive strategic initiative.
- Understanding of market trends and basic industry knowledge
- Customer-centric approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
