We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded development manager who is confident working through complexity and bringing others with them. The successful candidate will shape the network strategy pipeline and integrated change roadmap, using data, modelling and insight to build strong business cases and influence future investment decisions. Working closely with Business Units, 3PLs, Operational Leads and design and engineering teams, they will help define the future operating model, align partners around the plan and make sure approved changes move smoothly from concept into delivery.

NB: The role will be based from one of our Logistics hubs, Bradford, Castle Donington, Welham Green or our Waterside Support Centre dependent on the successful candidate’s location. This role will involve regular travel to sites across the country.

Your key accountabilities will include:
Shape the future Fashion, Home & Beauty logistics network to support growth, profitability and customer outcomes
Turn long-term business ambitions into transformational supply chain plans that support future demand
Lead the network transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities to unlock efficiency, scalability and sustainable growth
Use data, insight and commercial analysis to build business cases and influence investment decisions
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, operational teams and partners to solve complex challenges and deliver change

Your skills and experience will include:
Strong end-to-end logistics, retail and e-commerce experience, with the ability to develop strategies that drive growth, efficiency and profitability
Confident interpreting financial and operational data to identify opportunities that deliver long-term value
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the curiosity to turn complex data into clear insight and practical solutions
Able to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and influence decisions across a wide stakeholder group
- Broad business awareness, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement and delivering meaningful results
