THE OPPORTUNITY
Title: Strategic Deals Manager, ALM
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and collaborative Strategic Deals Manager to join our Information Technology Asset Lifecycle Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a global strategic deals team, executing high-value deals, driving the development of compelling proposals, and creating customized, high-impact client presentations.
You will head a newly formed strategic deals team that supports a rapidly growing, market-leading global services organization, ensuring Iron Mountain presents its capabilities with the highest level of professionalism and strategic impact.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Lead the global Strategic Deals team, owning the development of high-quality proposals and establishing streamlined intake and reporting workflows.
Proposal & Request for Proposal/Information Support: Oversee the creation of formal proposals, Request for Information, and Request for Proposal responses, ensuring a polished, consistent, and professional aesthetic across all client-facing materials.
High-Value Project Management: Act as the primary project manager for complex, high-value deals, defining timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customized Client Presentations: Partner closely with sales teams to build visually engaging, tailored presentations that align directly with customer needs and corporate brand standards.
Commercial Strategy & Seller Enablement: Elevate how Iron Mountain engages with clients by developing content best practices and optimizing sales support mechanisms to maximize win rates.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales support, proposal management, or strategic deal execution, including direct people-management experience.
Strong knowledge of Information Technology Asset Lifecycle Management services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life asset disposition.
Exceptional competency in cross-functional stakeholder management, collaborating effortlessly with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams under tight deadlines.
Proven proficiency in advanced presentation design and content creation tools (such as Microsoft PowerPoint) to translate complex solutions into persuasive customer-facing narratives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Reasonably expected salary range: $142,100.00 - $189,400.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
