Leidos is currently seeking a strategic cyber professional to join our team at Ft Meade, MD. This position will support the Dept. of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) in strategic engagement with Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies and Field Activities and partner nations to coordinate cyber initiatives. The selected candidate will provide support for defensive cyber operations activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of mission partners and stakeholders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather information, provide analysis, develop, and produce written products in support of strategic cyber coordination initiatives and planning objectives
- Review and support documentation, cyber-related strategy, instructions, policy and doctrine received from higher headquarters
- Support security cooperation activities coordinated through Combatant Commands, as well as coordinate international and domestic partnership security cooperation activities in accordance with U.S. and DoD policy and procedure.
- Maintain situational awareness of and adherence to appropriate foreign disclosure guidance, bilateral agreements, and memorandum of agreements/ memorandum of understanding (MOAs/MOUs) affecting international and domestic partnership coordination
- Provide briefings and status updates to DoD mission partners, J5 and Senior Leadership regarding DCDC’s mission and function. This may include Engagement Reports, Executive Summaries, After Action Reports, Meeting Minutes, Strategic Coordination Plans, Strategic Communication documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, General Administration (GENADMIN)s, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) checklists, and CONOPS.
- Plan external sources by providing analysis, recommendation, and guidance and on engagement planning issues
- Maintain proper security of all planning efforts and documentation in accordance with the Command’s Knowledge Management (KM) practices; ensuring KM portals are updated and configured to reflect Command’s priorities
- Support the planning and execution of Command meetings/conferences/visits with Allies, Services, Agencies, Academia, Industry, and Commands to include visit coordination, logistics, and development and dissemination of command information packages and materials
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active TS/SCI or higher
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of directly relevant experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Prior experience within an operational-level headquarters.
- Prior experience with international security cooperation activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated experience briefing and advising senior executive leadership, both civilian and military, regarding matters of strategic importance.
- Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
- Experience with DoD Networks.

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
