Working with senior client stakeholders and prospects, you will translate NCC Group’s technical depth, global cyber expertise and market insight into compelling sector-relevant propositions. You will partner with sales and delivery teams to develop account strategies, shape high-value pursuits, strengthen executive engagement and position NCC Group as a long-term cyber resilience partner.
The role requires strong understanding of technical cyber risk, regulatory scrutiny, AI adoption, identity modernization, third-party exposure, operational resilience and assurance requirements. You will help move client conversations beyond project-based engagements towards strategic relationships, repeatable proposition-led growth and higher-value outcomes.
You will work across sales, delivery, marketing, public affairs and client advisory activity, bringing credibility, commercial judgement and consultative insight to engagements with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, audit, risk, compliance, legal, privacy and board-level stakeholders. Experience in Financial Services and Insurance (FSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) & Retail or Industrial's would be particularly valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying long-term, high-value cybersecurity opportunities by taking a consulting-led approach that connects client business priorities, regulatory pressures and cyber risk to NCC Group’s propositions and capabilities.
- Providing senior advisory guidance across priority areas including technical assurance, cyber governance, regulatory readiness, digital identity, cloud security, application and product security, third-party risk, operational resilience, AI governance, incident readiness, continuous assurance and proactive security.
- Developing sector-specific account plans, opportunity strategies and pursuit approaches for strategic accounts in partnership with sales and delivery teams.
- Helping account teams qualify opportunities, shape executive messaging, prepare for senior client meetings and position NCC Group as a strategic cyber resilience partner rather than a point-in-time testing provider.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by offering independent perspective, market insight and pragmatic advice grounded in both cyber expertise and business context.
- Representing NCC Group externally through thought leadership, executive roundtables, industry forums, partner events and major or regional cybersecurity conferences, helping to build market presence and strengthen client engagement.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Significant senior-level experience across cybersecurity, cyber advisory, consulting, cyber services, technology, risk, compliance or security leadership.
- A strong understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations, audit cycles, remediation programmes, operational resilience, third-party risk, fraud exposure, data protection, AI risk and board-level reporting.
- Ability engaging credibly with senior business, technology, risk and security stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, enterprise risk leaders, audit, compliance, fraud, legal, privacy, engineering and board-level audiences.
- A substantial network of senior customer relationships and industry contacts, with a demonstrable track record of converting trusted relationships into qualified pipeline, executive introductions, revenue growth and new-logo opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and propositions, including technical assurance, governance and compliance, identity, cloud security, incident readiness, red teaming, continuous testing, managed detection and response, AI security and third-party risk.
- The ability to translate complex technical security capability into clear business, risk, regulatory and operational outcomes that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative, pragmatic and proactive style, with the ability to influence across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Product, Solution Architecture, Partners and senior leadership.
