We're on an exciting growth trajectory and are seeking a dynamic Customer Strategic Initiatives Manager that will support our continued journey of being a top customer centric brand. You will partner across the organization to make sure that all DraftKings employees live and breathe our customers. You will be tasked with executing on initiatives and projects to ensure cultural adoption of the customer centric mindset while leveraging your skills and experience to coordinate cross-functional initiatives to successfully deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
What you'll do as a Strategic Customer Initiatives Manager

  • Own the development and execution of cultural programs consisting of multiple initiatives where you'll partner cross-functionally across DraftKings to bring the programs to life.
  • Review current processes and procedures to understand areas of opportunity; create executable plans to solve for gaps that exist.
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide updates and communications on key customer centricity initiatives.
  • Ensure processes are created with robust documentation and are built with a process excellence approach.
  • Balance resources, time, and scope to deliver on very high-quality standards.


What you'll bring

  • At least 5 years of project management or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Excitement around building and developing the customer centricity program.
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively partner cross functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Desire to work cross functionally, develop recommendations, influence, and build consensus.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 102,400.00 USD - 128,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
