We are seeking a Strategic
Communications Specialist to lead this shift externally, translating
strategy into compelling narratives, high-impact content, and powerful
communication assets that shape perception, influence stakeholders, and
elevate visibility.
This is not a
traditional communications role. This is about strategy → story → influence.
What You Will Deliver

- Content audit and restructuring

5. Visibility & Influence
- 6–12 month visibility and
engagement plan
- Strategic positioning across key
platforms and audiences
6. Internal Enablement
- Communications toolkit

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
A strategic
thinker and exceptional content developer who can connect: Strategy →
Narrative → Influence
- Bachelor’s
degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related
field.
- Postgraduate
degree in Communications, Public Relations,
Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of
7–10 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, brand
positioning, or content strategy
- Strong portfolio of high-level
content and communication assets
- Demonstrated
experience in global health, development, or public sector environments.
- Proven
track record of developing high-level communication materials and influencing
stakeholders.
- Experience
working with donors, government institutions, and international organisations.
- Ability to translate complex
ideas into clear, compelling, and persuasive content
- Exceptional writing and
storytelling ability
