POSITION SUMMARY:
The strategic communications specialist is responsible for supporting best-in-class content and communications strategies across a range of platforms that that meet the business needs of leaders and teams from across the company. This role is responsible for project managing the production of impactful content for internal and external audiences that can include power point decks, messaging documents, video, social content, digital and print collateral, website and intranet content, and more.
S/he will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the corporate brand, working with teams across the company to ensure Indivior brand assets and brand storytelling are consistent with our brand identify and core brand narrative, and project-managing the development of brand assets to effectively communicate the Indivior story to key audiences.
S/he is also responsible for the maintenance of Indivior’s internal and external communications channels, including Indivor.com. Indivior’s social channels, the company’s intranet, InFocus, digital signage, and regular company townhalls that are attended by/broadcast to all employees globally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar
- Maintain town hall schedule and support production of in-person meeting and broadcast
- Project manage the development of impactful content for a range of stakeholders and platforms, working with agencies and contractors to develop written and visual content
- Post content on communications channels, including website, social media, intranet, and digital signage
- Monitor and report on communications channel performance, including website, social media, and intranet, escalating issues as they arise
- Manage communications agencies and vendors to maximize the partnership and ensure the delivery of projects and programs within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with the Veeva specialist supporting the Executive Copy Clearance Team’s intake, review, and approval process to ensure compliant and timely approval of all relevant content and materials
- Maintain the Indivior brand center and all included brand assets (logos, style guides, editorial guides, photography, iconography and more), and work to maintain and consistent brand identity across all channels and communications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Undergraduate degree required in Communications, Science, Business, or applicable field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- At least one to two years of experience in the addiction industry.
- Understanding of federal regulation, policy, process, and protocol governing the pharmaceutical industry communications
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- 1-5 years working on cross-functional projects in a corporate environment
- Solid understanding of social media platforms
- Collaborative style and at ease in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and motivated to learn
Travel: 5%
